Our Mission and Leadership
Recovery Wrench Project brings together mechanical skills, recovery experience, and community support to help individuals overcome transportation barriers while rebuilding their lives. The project focuses on repairing vehicles, accepting donated vehicles, and providing reliable transportation to individuals working toward long-term recovery and stability.
Leadership
Recovery Wrench Project was founded and is directed by Jesse Quisenberry.
Jesse brings both mechanical experience and lived experience in recovery to the project. After overcoming long-term addiction and rebuilding his life through treatment, recovery programs, meaningful work, and accountability, Jesse recognized that reliable transportation is one of the biggest barriers facing individuals trying to move forward.
Through his background in automotive and mechanical work, Jesse created Recovery Wrench Project as a way to combine practical skills with service to others. The goal is simple: repair vehicles, remove transportation barriers, and help individuals in recovery regain independence and stability.
Community Support
Recovery Wrench Project is supported by volunteers, community members, and individuals who believe in helping others rebuild their lives. As the project grows, additional volunteers, partners, and advisors will help expand its impact throughout the community.
Meet the Team
Recovery Wrench Project is currently led by founder Jesse Quisenberry and supported by community members and volunteers who believe in helping individuals rebuild their lives.
As the project grows, additional volunteers, advisors, and community partners will help expand the program’s reach and impact.
The goal is to build a team of individuals who are passionate about recovery, skilled trades, and supporting people who are working to rebuild their lives.
